I'm Maggie Houtz, an independent IT specialist with over 25 years of experience helping real people get their digital lives working smoothly again. I've been at this since before Google existed — my birth father was a programmer in the early days of Atari and Apple, and I got my first computer in 1983. This work is in my bones. I've built my practice over 25+ years almost entirely on word-of-mouth referrals — the kind of trust you only earn by showing up, being patient, and getting it fixed.
